2. Bookings and Payments

• Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified for the particular service.

• Payment Terms: Specific payment schedules, including deposit amounts and final payment due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Pricing: Prices for services are as quoted on our platform or in direct communications and are subject to change without prior notice, although any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked. Details regarding cancellation fees and refund eligibility will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable.

• AlpenGlow Academies Cancellations: While rare, AlpenGlow Academies reserves the right to cancel or modify a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient participation, natural disasters, or political instability. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund for the cancelled service component.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including personal details, dietary requirements, and health conditions that may affect your participation in our programs.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings for all tours and programs.

• Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, adhering to local laws, customs, and the instructions of AlpenGlow Academies' staff and guides. Disruptive or harmful behavior may lead to removal from a program without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

AlpenGlow Academies acts solely as an organizer for the services provided. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or delays by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies). While we strive to ensure the safety and quality of our programs, we shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or instrumentality, or through the negligence, acts, or omissions of any company or person engaged in carrying out the services, or of any agent, servant, or other person employed by them. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service from which the claim arose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, is the property of AlpenGlow Academies or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
